Christmas Bells
Ding dong, DIY Christmas bells are here! This clever creation is the perfect unique piece for your doors or even windows. To make them, pick out some miniature bundt cake pans of various sizes and textures. Next, connect the pans together with hot glue or epoxy. Then, hot glue a small ornament to the bottom for the inside of the bell. Add ribbon loops and a bow for hanging, and then some sprigs of greenery for style.
Candy Cane Wreaths
The doors inside your home need decorations, too! Transform your home into a Christmas candyland with festive candy cane wreaths. You can get creative with this door decor and customize them however you want. If you want to DIY a wreath similar to the one on the left, simply arrange your candies and hot glue together and thread ribbon through two candy canes to hang. For a thicker wreath similar to the top right, start by wrapping a foam wreath form with ribbon. We recommend white, red, or green. Attach the mini candy canes and peppermint balls with hot glue, completely covering the form. Loop ribbon around to hang and you’ve got a beautiful candy cane wreath!

Salt Dough Ornaments
Salt dough ornaments are a fun activity you can get the whole family involved with. To make these, mix 4 cups of flour, 1 cup salt, and 1.5 cups warm water. Knead the dough till firm and roll out. Use cookie cutters to cut out Christmas shapes and add designs. Remember to poke a hole for hanging! Bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour; or until dried. Let cool, paint on them as desired, and hang up! Red and white candy cane twine is the perfect accent for these.

Holiday Shakers
We thought this DIY was just too clever: holiday shakers! Pick up salt and pepper shakers at the dollar store and turn them into mini winter landscapes. Place toy evergreens and mini deer atop salt “snow drifts”. These shakers are perfect for decorating an end table, placing on the kitchen counter, or joining the dining table for your holiday feast!
