We have only one prerequisite: Present a written diagnostic estimate from any license HVAC company dated within the last 30 days at the time of scheduling. Can be texted or emailed to the office.

Many of our competitors mandate minimum service tickets for their technicians or employ salespeople who work solely on commission. The temptation for dishonesty or overselling is always present.
We would be honored to have one of our technicians visit your home or business and give a second diagnostic opinion no matter what another company has told you. We will offer a very thorough and objective evaluation of your complete system basing our findings on fact alone, and we will be happy to walk you through every step so you can make an educated decision concerning your repair or replacement.

A diagnostic fee will only be charged if the system defect or failure is other than the item in question. If the item in question accompanies other issues, the diagnosis will always be free of charge. We will always be fair in this evaluation.
