Gulfshore Air came to life over twenty years ago, back when MP3 players were the greatest thing since sliced bread. Over these years we’ve grown and experienced many changes, however our core values still remain true. We believe in providing honest, dependable service for all of our customers in Niceville and the surrounding areas. We’ve worked tirelessly to continue to provide our award winning services for many years past and many to come.

Our Leadership Team
The Gulfshore leadership team is made up of five incredible managers. Without these individuals, we wouldn’t be where we are today! It all begins with Steve Reynolds, our owner and founder. Steve started Gulfshore over 25 years ago here in Niceville, Florida. Within these 25 years we’ve grown to be the #1 best choice for HVAC services in Northwest Florida. Steve has over 29 years of experience in the HVAC fields and is an incredible member of the Niceville community. Krista is our marketing and IT manager at Gulfshore Air, and Amanda manages finance and HR. Last but not least, Cindy is our amazing Service Manager! Fun fact, Cindy is passionate about American sign language and working with people who utilize it. Each of these managers are a vital part of the success of our Gulfshore team.
Our Community Involvement
Gulfshore Air is also heavily involved in supporting the Niceville community. We often promote local animal adoption centers, such as Dog Harmony Inc., and FWB Paws.
