Owner & Founder
Steve started Gulfshore Air over 25 years ago with a mission to provide the best HVAC contractor services to the Niceville, FL area. Steve saw a need for dependable, honest service for homes in businesses in the area and has worked tirelessly to ensure Gulfshore Air remains the #1 best choice for air conditioning, heating, or air purification service in Northwest Florida.
Steve has a BA from Florida State University and loves creating and working on mechanical devices of all kinds. He has over 29 years of experience in the heating and air conditioning fields. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time on or in the beautiful waters of the Gulf, and flying airplanes.

The business is also heavily involved in the communities in which they serve- from sponsoring charitable events to promoting local animal adoptions. Marketing & IT Manager
Krista has 10 years of experience with the Gulfshore Air team. She does a wonderful job handling the marketing and IT needs of the business. She is great at multitasking and problem solving and loves spending time with her family outside of work.
Her favorite joke is, “What did the daddy buffalo say to his son as he was getting on the school bus?” Answer: “BI-SON!” Krista loves to have fun!

Finance Manager & HR Coordinator
Amanda is the finance manager and HR coordinator for Gulfshore Air. She has 9 years of experience and excels with organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving. She loves reading and listening to music in her spare time with her dog close by her side. She is a vital part of the success of the Gulfshore team!
Cindy
Service Manager
Cindy is the Gulfshore Air service manager and does a great job helping to keep scheduling running smoothly. She has 20 years in the HVAC field, originally working for her family’s company as a dispatcher. She is passionate about American sign language and working with people who utilize it. When she’s not working, you can find her enjoying quality time with her family and kids.

Install Manager
Riley is the Installation Manager at Gulfshore Air. His background with the United States Air Force made a transition into HVAC an easy choice. He believes in high-quality, honest workmanship, so he is a perfect fit for the Gulfshore team. He has 13 years of experience with HVAC and loves turning difficult situations into successful outcomes. In his spare time, he and his family love kayaking and spending time on or near water.
