Here at Gulfshore, we call our Team our Pod, or a group of dolphins! We are now seeking qualified HVAC installation technicians for employment. We set very high standards for all of our technicians, as good quality technicians are hard to find.

We are not a commission based company; however, we do offer very competitive wages. Most of our employees have exceeded the standard HVAC wage cap for our area. We don’t believe in limiting our employees based on what others are paying. Our employees understand that if they work hard and work together, there is no limit to what they can achieve at Gulfshore.

Gulfshore Air has not only built a great HVAC company, we have built a great family. If anyone of our employees has a problem, we are right there with them doing everything we can to help. We base our operations on trust and respect, which makes working for Gulfshore quite enjoyable.

Every morning while getting things gathered for the day, you will see several guys laughing and joking around. As long as our employees are producing the desired output, we encourage them to have a little fun. We feel as though people who enjoy their job will reach greater levels of achievement than those who dread coming to work every day.

Gulfshore offers all benefits including, 3% match on Simple IRA, medical, dental, and vision. We offer excellent medical insurance at a very affordable rate. Our medical insurance has a $30.00 copay for primary and specialist visits, a $500.00 deductible, and covers 80% for coinsurance. Medical insurance is a big factor right now in most everyone’s life, and coverage like this can cost an employee around $75.00-$100.00 a week with a small employer.

Our insurance is less than $40.00 a week making it affordable for everyone. We also want to make sure our employees have the best tools available, so we allow our employees to purchase any personal tools they may need under the company account and then set up a repayment plan that accommodates them. All large service and installation tools are provided by the company.

Service Technician

Our Service Department at Gulfshore Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. is looking for experienced residential and light commercial service technicians! Responsibilities:

  • Service, Repair, install for residential and commercial systems
  • Advanced level of Troubleshooting and Diagnostic duties
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Adhere to all Gulfshore Air and manufacturer guidelines
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Able to be on call, work weekends and holidays

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years total field experience is required, 2 must be in service.
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Familiarity with industry tools and equipment
  • EPA certification or able to obtain within 90 days
  • Ability to work in attics and hot climates
  • Strong mechanical problem-solving aptitude and critical thinking skills
  • Team player

• Full-time and some overtime as scheduled

• Starting pay is $19.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience level, training, and certifications.
